CREPES

Ingredients:

2 Eggs

1/2C Milk

1/2C Water

1C Flour

2 Tbs Butter (melted)

¼ Tsp Salt

 

Directions:

1.      In a large bowl, combine eggs, one at the time, then whisk; then add milk and water. Mix well. Slowly start adding flour and salt. Mix really well.  You can also use a hand mixer. Once mixed well, add melted butter.

2.      Using a crepe pan or a regular pan, melt 1/2Tsp butter.  Using a measuring cup, 1/3C or 1/2C, depending on how big you want a crepe, drop the mixture in the middle of the heated pan and twirl the pan, making sure the dough is evenly spread on the pan. Cook on a medium heat, once the side is lightly brown, flip it over and cook the other side to the same color.
